Club Med Launching New Wellness and Outdoor Activities

Club Med has launched programs for wellness and outdoor activities at two of its North American resorts.

One is the Club Med Cancun and the other is Club Med Quebec.

Club Med Cancun launched its wellness program with activities that include:

  • Yoga & Meditation: New programming with more than 20 hours per week of classes to choose from including Sunrise Yoga, Family Yoga and Couples Yoga
  • Healthy Cuisine: Club Med’s plant-based menu items, are inspired and curated by world-renowned vegan chef, Chloe Coscarelli, including freshly pressed juices, and a range of healthy teas and detox waters.
  • Inclusive Activities & Sports: Enjoy a wide variety of outdoor activities including snorkeling, sailing, archery lessons, pickleball on brand new courts, tennis, salsa lessons, and learn the ins and outs of being a circus performer at Club Med’s Circus School.
  • Club Med Spa by L’Occitane: For ultimate relaxation, enjoy luxury spa treatments at the onsite spa and indulge in the amenities including the private whirlpool bath, relaxation room with complimentary teas and detox waters, a hair salon, and oceanfront spa palapas. The spa’s Temazcal Ritual is a can’t-miss experience where guests will enter an authentic Mexican steam hut that helps the body through the removal of toxins and clears the mind.
  • Cultural Experiences: Reconnect with nature and learn about the traditional Yucatan culture with a variety of off-site experiences including snorkeling with turtles, swimming with whale sharks, horseback riding through the jungle and discover the pyramid of Kakulkan. Or visit Chichen Itza, the ruins of an ancient Maya city.
  • Wellness-Themed Nights: After a day of wellness and outdoor activities, close out the evening with Club Med’s Wellness Night which focuses on rejuvenating the body and mind or take part in the Sunset Ritual which is a musically enhanced experiences on the shores of Mexico.
  • At Club Med Québec it’s a little different. Club Med Québec features a variety of all-inclusive seasonal activities for guests including wellness-focused activities like guided hikes. This summer, the resort expanded its existing year-round hiking experiences by bringing back guest-favorite hikes and a few new hiking experiences including:
  • Survive in the Forest: Geared toward kids and teens, this hike will teach them crucial survival skills in a fun way.
  • Yoga Hiking: Focused on wellness, the hike features scenic trails leading to a brand-new yoga platform with breathtaking views of the St. Lawerence River.
  • Sylvotherapy: One of the must-tries, the transformative hike offers meditation and healing practices to find balance and serenity within nature.
  • The Waterfalls: Club Med’s newest hiking experience will guide hikers through the forest that runs along the St. Lawrence River to explore breathtaking natural waterfalls.
