LPM Restaurant & Bar Is New Dining Option at The Cosmpolitan of Las Vegas

Las Vegas is well known for transporting visitors’ imaginations to far-flung parts of the world, and that continues with The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas’ new LPM Restaurant & Bar. Here, a French Riviera-inspired vibe adds both the flavors and glamor of France’s iconic Côte d’Azur to The Strip. Las Vegas is now home to the largest venue in LPM’s portfolio, which includes restaurants in London, Dubai, Miami, Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, Riyadh, Limassol, and Doha.     

The restaurant’s culinary roots are inspired by the south of France as well as coastal Italy, and guests will enjoy its bright, spontaneous ambiance and unexpected flavor combinations. Alongside bold colors and striking art, diners will embark on an adventure through the Riviera with a light, imaginative menu, exploring Mediterranean ingredients at their peak. Signature dishes include: Carpaccio De Sériole Du Japon: yellowtail carpaccio, guacamole, and citrus dressing; Crevettes Tiédes á L’huile D’Olive: warm prawns, olive oil, and lemon juice; and Côtelettes D'agneau Vivienne: marinated lamb cutlets with olive, aubergine caviar, and pine nuts.
