Megan Thee Stallion is taking legal action.

The "Otaku Hot Girl" rapper (real name is Megan Pete) has accused a content creator of cyber-stalking, intentionally inflicting emotional distress, spreading deepfake pornography and invasion of privacy in a lawsuit obtained by E! News.

In the Oct. 30 filing, Pete alleged that Milagro Gramz (real name Milagro Elizabeth Cooper) spread false statements, including sharing a deepfake pornographic video, on behalf of her ex Tory Lanez (real name Daystar Peterson). She accused the blogger of "encouraging" her followers to view a "doctored, artificially created video of Ms. Pete purportedly engaged in sexual acts without Ms. Pete's knowledge or consent" by sharing the post on her X account.

Pete, 29, also alleged in the lawsuit that Cooper cast doubt on her "mental status" and consistently called the Grammy winner names, "characterizing her as an 'angry black woman' and a 'lying ass hoe' during her online livestreams."

E! News has reached out to Cooper and the respective attorneys for Pete and Peterson and has not yet heard back.

The filing also alleged that Cooper did so "for no other reason than to bully, harass and punish Ms. Pete for Mr. Peterson's conviction and to tarnish her reputation, causing emotional distress."

(In August, Peterson was sentenced to 10 years in prison after a jury found him guilty on three felony counts—including discharging a firearm with gross negligence, assault with a semiautomatic firearm and carrying a loaded—in the 2020 shooting of Pete.)

In another allegation in her lawsuit, Pete accused Cooper of falsely claiming that Peterson did not shoot her "even after a unanimous jury of Mr. Peterson's peers decided otherwise." The "WAP" artist further alleged that the blogger attended Peterson's trial and "consistently spread misinformation challenging the stories of witnesses and their credibility while sharing their names online."

Pete requested a jury trial and hopes to recover compensatory, punitive, and statutory damages.

Cooper briefly acknowledged the lawsuit on social media and indicated her plans to share her perspective. "I've been informed that I'm being sued by Alex Spiro on behalf of his client Megan Thee Stallion," she wrote on X. "Of course, we'll chat about it."

Meanwhile, Pete sees the lawsuit as a pivotal move.

"It's time to hold bloggers accountable for years of harassment, cyberbullying, and the publication of misinformation about my personal and professional life," she said in a statement shared with Rolling Stone. "I've endured countless attacks on my character based on false narratives from social media bloggers misrepresenting themselves as journalists. It's unacceptable behavior and these individuals need to understand there will be repercussions for recklessly posting lies and defamatory falsehoods."
