The park is over 4000km² and is home to a variety of exciting animals, such as tigers and rhinos. These species are endangered, so they’re looked after in the park and kept at a safe distance from visitors.

If walking through the wild rainforests isn’t for you, consider taking a river cruise or boat tour through the park instead. 

Climb Mount Kinabalu

If you’re into hiking and mountain climbing, why not take on Malaysia’s tallest mountain? Mount Kinabalu is over 4000m and as such demands a high level of skill.
