Having recently secured $550 million in fresh funding, Virgin Voyages is accelerating its growth plans and the unique adults-only brand—a relative newcomer to the ocean cruise scene—has already begun to expand rapidly into new international markets. And, right now, guests can enjoy extra saving toward future epic Virgin Voyages vacations to the tune of up to $900 off all voyages through 2024 and up to $600 in free drinks.

The British-owned ocean cruise line has just announced the addition of 27 new summer and winter itineraries and 19 new ports debuting across its fleet for the 2024-2025 season, which are now open for reservations. Spanning various corners of the globe, Virgin Voyages’ new offerings will feature returning favorites—including a return to the U.K., in light of strong Sailor and First Mate demand—as well as some brand-new destinations in the Caribbean and Australia.

With this announcement, Virgin Voyages expanded its fleetwide offerings to 63 total itineraries, which take Sailors to some of the world’s most sought-after spots. Among the new sailing options are what the brand is calling its “Seachange Series”—reimagined repositioning voyages that offer opportunities for travelers to enjoy extended cruises and see more of the world in one trip.

Virgin Voyages first launched officially in August 2021, and currently has three vessels (which it calls its Lady Ships) plying the waters of the Caribbean and the Mediterranean—Scarlet Lady, Valiant Lady and Resilient Lady. By year’s end the brand will also be sailing around Australia and New Zealand, with its fourth and newest ship, the Brilliant Lady, scheduled to make its debut sometime next year.

Valiant Lady

Virgin Voyages sails in the idyllic Caribbean region year-round and feature a full day at the brand’s private Beach Club in Bimini. But now, it’s adding stops in some extra ports to its special holiday itineraries in December; as well as scheduling stops in new destinations, such as Nassau and Grand Turk, for sailings between January and March 2024.

Valiant Lady is set to start her 2023 winter season by returning to her homeport in Miami from Barcelona at the end of October 2023, where she’ll sail signature itineraries, including popular “Eastern Caribbean Antilles” and “Western Caribbean Charm” voyages. Then, from January through March 2024, she will sail out of San Juan, Puerto Rico, offering a pair of southern Caribbean voyages that were originally scheduled for Brilliant Lady, “The Southeastern Caribbean Isles” and “Sunsets in the Lesser Antilles”.

Scarlet Lady

Since Scarlet Lady will spend some time in dry dock next year for general maintenance, enhancements, and recalibrations, Valiant Lady will swap places with her in April 2024, and continuie sailing four- and five-night Caribbean rotations out of Miami. When Scarlet Lady returns to Miami in December 2024, she will then offer signature six- and eight-night winter voyages through the spring of 2025. These routes feature late-night stays in San Juan, a look at the rugged landscape of Roatan, Honduras and a taste of the USVIs during a day-trip to St. Croix.

Meanwhile, between May and October 2024, Scarlet Lady will sail two seven-night itineraries in the Mediterranean. Then, come November, she’ll embark on an 11-night repositioning voyage from Barcelona to Rome, with stops in Mallorca, Corsica and Sardinia. Upon emerging from dry dock, she’ll set off on a 16-night Transatlantic trip from Rome to Miami—a new repositioning voyage that makes calling in Madeira, Portugal and Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.

Resilient Lady

After returning from her inaugural season sailing in Australia, the line’s newest ship, Resilient Lady, will sail three Mediterranean itineraries out of Athens from May through July 2024.

Then, between July and September 2024, Resilient Lady will return to Europe and the United Kingdom, sailing a series of three- to six-night roundtrip voyages out of Portsmouth, U.K. Its European itineraries will also feature a return to such popular cities as Amsterdam and Bruges, and new stops in the Spanish cities of La Coruña and Bilbao, as well as France’s famed Bordeaux wine-producing region.

Resilient Lady will also offer two repositioning voyages when she moves from Portsmouth to Barcelona, adding new and exotic North African destination of Morocco in the process. Then, in October 2024, the ship will depart on a 44-night repositioning from Athens to Australia, stopping in such sought-after destinations as Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore and Bali along the way.

After arriving Down Under, Resilient Lady will go on to offer Sailors a selection of 15 brand-new itineraries and nine new ports in Oceania, including Broome, Albany, Adelaide, Newcastle, Mooloolaba, Port Douglas, Brisbane, Eden and Kangaroo Island.
