In a return to the top, Walmart heiress Alice Walton has regained her title as the world's wealthiest woman, dethroning L’Oreal’s Francoise Bettencourt Meyers, according to a Forbes report earlier this month. Walton, 74, is now worth an estimated $89.1 billion, surpassing Meyers, who holds $88.4 billion. This marks another round in the back-and-forth struggle between the two heiresses, with Meyers first claiming the title in 2019, only to be unseated by Walton a year later.
